Cultivated AI · The Baker's Dozen · program overview
The working shape of the engagement. Basics grounds the whole team in the same fifteen principles. Mission Control turns scattered dashboards into one place leadership can ask questions. Generative Media Bootcamp takes the marketing team hands-on with image, video, music and voice. Twelve live hours, and every session ends in something you keep.
The starter workshop: how AI works and the fifteen principles, all hands-on. For the wider team.
A data room leadership can question in plain language. Leaders and data owners.
Hands-on with image, video, music and voice tools, in the brand's own taste. For the marketing, content and branding team.
The starter discipline, for the wider team. No coding and no prior AI experience needed. Bring a laptop, Chrome, and three tasks you repeat every week.
Everyone leaves speaking the same language about AI, with the fifteen principles applied to their own work on their own keyboard.
How it works, and what's out there
Why AI matters, and why your job is safe with you in the loop. How these models behave, learned through live experiments with prompts, tokens, context and slop. Then the map: which tools are good at what, from chat to image, video and music.
Agents, skills and a plan
Everyone builds a working browser extension. A tour of what agents like Claude Code can carry. Skills: saving your best methods and sharing them with the team. Closes with each person starting their 90-day plan.
A de-slop prompt in your own voice · a browser extension you built · a starter skill · a 90-day plan underway.
One place to ask the business a question and get an answer you can act on. A smaller cohort: the leaders who ask the questions and the people who own the data. Showing up in AI answers (AEO) rides along at the end as a bonus.
This one needs no cohort, only read access. With Power BI, GobbleCube exports, production and supply chain data on the table, we sit with the data owner and build: the warehouse, the daily dump, the first queries. Session 1 then starts with a data room that already works. We build with Claude Code, so the company will need a Claude Max plan.
Answers you can trust
The metric dictionary: defining the company's words so answers always mean the same thing, plus the honesty rules that stop made-up numbers. Golden questions, then free play in the data room.
Putting it to work
One real problem worked from question to decision. A custom dashboard built live with Claude Code. An answer key that scores the system monthly. Roadmap, owner, and a bonus look at showing up in AI answers.
A data room refreshed daily · a metric dictionary · a dashboard the team built · a monthly answer-key score · a roadmap with an owner.
Built from the branding team's own expectation list, and tuned by their questionnaire answers. Hands-on with the brand's real briefs, calendar and accounts.
A marketing team that makes image, video, music and voice at AI speed, in a voice that still sounds like The Baker's Dozen.
Taste, voice and the tools
The gen media map and how prompting changes per medium. Brand voice, and when not to use AI at all. The Baker's Dozen bible and the taste recipe book get started in the room.
Making things
A content calendar that maintains itself in Claude. Images and video made on real briefs. Motion graphics overlays and edits with Claude Code. Music and voice, plus deep research on the brand and its competitors.
The bible and recipe book started · a voice kit that de-slops everything · a calendar living in Claude · real work made on real briefs.
Questionnaires first. Each track has its own pre-work: the ten-question interview for Basics, the eighteen-question data interview for Mission Control, and a short brief-collection form for the brand team. Answers shape the sessions before anyone walks in.
Prep in parallel. The Mission Control data room starts the moment access is granted. It does not wait for scheduling, so by the time the cohort sits down the warehouse is already answering.
Then schedule. Basics runs first so every later session lands on shared ground. Mission Control and Generative Media Bootcamp can run in either order, or interleaved week by week.
